Our Process

BEFORE
During the preconstruction phase, we help:
•Develop a proposal and plan specific to help fit your construction budget
•Hire reputable and familiar subcontractors to complete specialized jobs   
•Work with the architect (if applicable) to ensure the project is completed  
correctly and as specified in the plan design 

DURING
While construction is taking place, we oversee:
•All construction work and ensure it follows plan specifications
•Timing of the project and keeping it on schedule                     
•Coordinating with subcontractors for proper timing                 
•Inspecting construction quality                                                 
•Making payments to all subcontractors and vendors               

AFTER
Once construction is completed:
 •We ensure that construction is completed to specification and collect and track lien waivers.
